Annual HOA Dues

Annual HOA dues of $50 are due January 1. Any balances unpaid after 90 days will incur a late fee.

Payment options:  Please be sure to include your property address with all payments.

We are planning our annual HOA meeting for early spring, with the exact date and time to be announced soon.

Homeowner participation is essential to the success and safety of our community, and we strongly encourage all residents to attend.

Important Parking Reminder

Parking remains one of the most significant concerns within the subdivision. Please note the following:

• No parking is permitted on streets marked with Fire Lane signs (this includes most streets in Woodridge).

• No overnight street parking is allowed. The City defines overnight parking as 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

We are actively working with the City to address ongoing violations. Vehicles parked illegally may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Improper parking creates serious safety risks for pedestrians and may prevent emergency vehicles from accessing homes when time is critical.
